Overall Appearance: Nico is tall and slim. But with a well muscled body and broad shoulders. His face is well defined with a chisled jaw and high cheek bones. It is clear Nico is from decent breeding. Out of work he looks very ruffled and quite boyish at times. He's young at heart and this reflects in his apperance. But he dose clean up nicely for his job.
His shark shifting shows on how sharp some of his features are. Espically those teeth of his. Sharp even when human fourm he uses them as a tool for his job. I hate to be the judge whose got to deliver a guilty verdict agaist Nico's client when you got Nico staring up at him grinning.

He is very intimidating and he knows it. He uses it fully to his advantage. Maybe even get some kicks from it. So when he towers over someonre with his shark grin and they look on the verge of peeing themselves. Nico is rather happy. It helps in his job and often helps him win. Which means a happy client and money in his pocket. Everyone is a winner.
He can be a bit goofy and rather loverble. He is not a harsh master and often worrys about harming people. Espically in his shark fourm. He has never forgiven himself for what he did to his father and it will forever plague him. This dose cause him to distance himself from people out of fear of harming them.

Detailed History: Nico is the eldest son of Roberto and Marie Tiburón. Due to this great pressure was put on him to be able to carry on the family name and produce good offspring. Only there was one proplem. Nico never showed any intrest to the pretty Sharkshifting females his Farther found him. At first they taught it was just cause he was not at age for girls so they put there match making plans on hold and allowed Nico to mature.
Coming the Age of 18 Nico still had showed no intrest in girls and Roberto was slowly getting irritated. He had two other son's but he wanted his Eldest who was the strongest to carry on the blood line. Soon the two started to get into arguements over it. Nico trying to hide his dark secret from his father was struggling to find excuses to put his parents expectations off. He escaped the main house by going to university and studying law. Only returning after graduating and becoming a successfull lawyer.
One day after turning away the 20th girl. His father grew furious and demanded an explanation. In the heated arguement Nico shouted out loud that he was gay. Horrified he turned and ran to the beach changing and tried to swim away. But his father was hot on his tail. The argument turned violent and he sank his teeth into his fathers tail. He father from shock changed back and Nico rushed him back to the mansion. His bite had severed major tendons in his father's legs and from that day Roberto lost the use of his legs. Now to weak to surport his weight.
His actions caused him to be exciled. He took his savings and trust funds which luckily came to the sum of two million dollors and left for America. He brought a large house with several large deep pools and got a well paid job as a lawyer(Cause there sharks lol!). He was finally free to be who he was ment to be.
RP Example: The hot water ran over his body as it thundered down on him from the shower head. Running over the inked skin of his back and arm. He liked being clean before a change. It was a weird tick he had. Soon he rubbed the lather of shampoo through his hair scrubbing with his nails and massaging his scalp. He gave a pleasent noise and soon shook the last of the suds from the dark brown locks.
Soon he deemed himself clean enough and turned the water out stepping out to the pool not bothering to towel off or change. IT was his house for christ sakes. He can walk around in the buff all he wanted. His eyes flicked to the sign. 'GILL'S FIRST!!' Taking a breath of air and holding it in his lungs he felt his neck shift and the skin break. Soon the oxygen was being inhaled through the gills as he stepped down the tiled steps into the cool water. upon contact his skin scaled and in the matter of minuets. A large great white was gently gliding through the water. He had the pool made deep for this reason. He enjoy a nice swim for an hour or so. His mind couldn't help but chuckle that before his shower he had switched the flag on the door to red. Shark alert.
