It was well into night by now, though Reikas was still a bit buzzed on coffee. Introductions and Q&A with Irina aside, he'd offered to take on the task of showing Belial to the guest rooms. He now led the man down a short corridor where guests and he himself slept when he wasn't sharing a room with his mistress.
He'd kept himself contained during the conversation, the presence of Irina doing much to dispel his mounting lust. He was still quite awake though, and probably would read a bit before bed after showing Belial his choice of rooms.
He looked back at the demon. Irina had already bid them good night and gone to her own room, leaving them alone and together.
"Guest bedrooms are this way," he told the man, smiling. Irina had seemed to take well to him, and for this Reikas was pleased. he'd get to keep a friend he desperately wanted to stay in touch with. "We have a few, they're about the same, you can have your choice. And I'll be a few doors away across the hall if you need anything."
Like me. Oh, look, there it was again. Hello hidden desire, Have a good nap did you? Nice to see you again. He grinned despite himself, slipping his leather jacket off and folding it around an arm to hang up when he got back to his room, revealing the rest of a nondescript dark green T-shirt.
He paused in the corridor and gestured at a number of bright white painted doors on the left side of the hall.
"All open, feel free to take a look inside each and choose. This one's mine." He tapped a door he had stopped next to, on the right side of the hall, also white, identical to the others.

He had talked rather a lot of the master of the house, mostly bombarding her with questions about her life whilst sipping at his nice cup of tea. Belial then followed, speaking very little after the master of the house had left, it had been a few hours and he had started to feel a little bit of need coming over him. Fear was a hard thing to want, and he was sure he wouldn't make it to morning without another dose of it. is red eyes watched Reikas take off the jacket, as if it was a strange thing to do before Belial realised most people actually took off their clothes because they didn't have horrid wings stopping them. He wondered if Reikas would expect him to undress also, which he would need some help doing.
With a small, almost innocent voice he spoke again, "I hate to sound needy... But I don't fancy sleeping in a room alone." Belial felt stupid for saying this, but he would rather say that than the truth: I'll need to feed off you again later! He assumed a happiness demon might understand this, but it didn't make saying it any easier. He wondered if the man would accept such a being into his room, knowing full well what he was capable of doing, most people liked to avoid him during the day, and even more so during the night!

Oh you must be joking. How could this be more perfect? Reikas did want to know rather intimately how those wings felt...
He offered Belial a friendly grin. "I don't think Irina would mind us sharing a room. Less for the servants to clean." His smile faded with an actor's precision, though his excitement did not, at the next part. "I only have one bed, though. It's large enough, I think, even for your wings, if you wanted to share...But if you're not comfortable with that, one of us could sleep on the floor, I don't mind."
He opened his door behind him and turned, pulling it open for Belial and gesturing inside with his coat. It was spacious and fairly sterile, dominated by the queen-sized bed in the center that would probably just about fit them both with Belial's wings between them and a few inches of space depending on how he chose to fold them. The covers were simple and a dark blue, multiple pillows both decorative and functional piled at the head. There were various books scattered around desks and tables and such, and holes in a shelf in the far side where they had been removed and not yet replaced. Simple paper book marks stuck out of a few. A far door led to either a closet or a bathroom. The walls were painted a neutral, light cream color that matched the light cream carpet. There wasn't much to indicate that it was particularly lived-in. He'd only been there a few days, and any personal things had been bought with the greatest reluctance.
"See if you like it," he said humbly. Alternatively, if Belial didn't, there were others they could have spent the night in, but he doubted the thought would occur to the mara, or ultimately matter.

Belial stepped inside the room, giving a small nod as a thank you to Reikas for opening the door for him. His wings shivered looking around the room, it was very plain, and didn't say much about his new friend but he didn't mind, he had never really had much use for 'personal' things anyway, he had lived far too long to really care about such trinkets. He was pleased that the aura coming off Reikas was one of that of a happy man, and more over, an excited man. The idea of this thrilled Belial slightly, very glad that he wasn't being a pain in the arse. With a small movement he turned to look at the other man, red eyes focusing on him, he had to tell the truth sooner or later.
"Reikas, you like helping people right?" He asked, watching the other man with a slightly raised eyebrow, he obviously felt a little strange about asking such questions, but right now, he felt rather comfortable around the man. "'Cuse I might get hungry in the night... and my wings make it hard to take my tops off." He hoped by stating these two things that Reikas would get what he was saying, and offer to help him, rather than go through the stumbling awkwardness that would be Belial asking.
He made his way over to the bed, pushing at it. It had been a long time since he had slept in a bed and it was nice to think he's be so close to someone while he slept, a large, almost sinister smile crossed his face, thinking about the nightmares he could give the other man tonight~

Reikas connected those two thoughts all wrong in his head, and pushed the alluring thought out of his mind as he followed Belial into the room. The mara must have meant something else. As he closed the door behind them, he tried to piece it together.
"...Are you asking me to help you now, or...when you get hungry?" he asked, draping his jacket on the back of a chair tucked into a desk. He crossed his arms at his waist, grabbed his shirt, and pulled it over his head, dropping it on the floor next to the jacket. He was fairly full-bodied by now, built and sturdy again, having been on the decline for a week or so prior to ownership by Irina, but waxing slowly with her consistent stream of joy at his presence. He liked being out of his shirt probably more than he ought to. But that was in general, and had nothing to do with being alone in a room with a reverse-angel.
"Oh, I've been meaning to ask you, to...Are your wings usually like that?" Immediately after he said it, he was pretty sure Belial had mentioned it as a prerequisite for heavenly rejection, but he wondered if the wings could ever be restored. Even if they stayed gray, a nice, full feather coat would just look...Mm.

Belial was still looking around the room with his blank eyes, almost expressionless before he heard Reikas comment about being hungry. An almost sadistic smile played across his lips that not even Belail knew he had, but something about this man made him feel a lot more confident in this place, an energy of excitement coming from his new friend had played with his own emotions. "Oh Reikas, you should know, an addicts is Always hungry~" He toyed with his words, making sure that each one played across his lips more magnificently than the last, his voice slightly deepened and quieter than usual. With a shiver and a flick of his right wing he sat, starting to remove his rather tasteless shoes from his feet.
He looked at Reikas again, hearing the question that had played across his mind several times over, he had always wondered what would become of his wings, he had always assumed that they would eventually rot away, since they were too ragged and broken to allow him to fly. "I'm unsure about my wings... He admitted, the sadistic smile turning to one a little weaker, showing he was conflicted in his mind. "They are only good for keeping me warm since they are too useless to fly... I suppose it would be nice if they healed; but I've been down here so long without them healing I assume they wont."
Both shoes lay on the ground, kicked across the floor slightly and Belial then toyed with his own shirt, managing to take it up over his pale but ever so pretty chest, there it was stuck, as it usually was, unable to lift any further due to his tattered wings being in the way. He looked over at Reikas, wondering if he wouldn't mind helping as he made his wings fold so they were the thinnest they could possibly go.

Ngh. The anticipatory butterflies swarmed back to Reikas' abdomen en masse as Belial said he was always hungry. He was that type of addict? Ohhh, yum. He swallowed, dropping his gaze to the blasphemy against all things fashionable that Belial was removing from his feet. It gave his mind something to distract itself with as he leaned a hand on the back to the leather-coat-draped chair and kicked his own sneakers off, nudging them under the chair.
He couldn't use his wings to fly? That was a sobering thought. He wondered if they were heavy, or had any use at all besides fear factor.
He bit the tip of his tongue gently to try to stop the response, but it didn't help. He bent down to pull off his socks as well so the question would sound as casual as possible and give himself a slight reprieve from acting so normal.
"Maybe you just haven't been...fed often enough." Or by someone willing enough. He wondered if it was the idea of submission or the necessary touch that allured him so much. Maybe both? Chilling.
Successfully barefoot, he looked back up at Belial. Oh goodness, that marble chest. There was something about that coloring that just...taunted him. It begged to be provoked, begged him to rile up the power beneath, to release it, and bask in the glow of its relief.
His right hand tensed and released, twitching slightly. "Alright, so how do we go about this?" he asked with a businesslike professionalism that impressed even himself, as he crossed the short distance to the bed. He wasn't quite sure why he still played coy. Perhaps he was worried that Belial would decide to change his mind about the sleeping arrangement if he came on too strongly.
Or at all. Yet.

The sudden idea of butterflies sent immense shivers down Belial's spin, he hadn't felt them in so long that a noise escaped him most unheard of in every day occurrences. Reikas must have been attracted to something, excited by something about Belial and there was a pleasure in this that struck him deep at the core. That's when he began to smirk, more and more like a man possessed. His mood swings were often a bad thing but the emotions radiating of his friend felt wonderfully naughty, and Belial felt as if he should mention that he could sense everything his friend felt, but where would the fun be in that?
That was when Reikas mentioned feeding and Belial's wings shook with excitement, he knew that this statement was completely false, but he wasn't going to tell him that, is someone was offering to be scared to death he would happily accept the offer, ecstasy was a wonderful feeling he wasn't going to turn down. His mood shifted, and so did the room around them, appearing darker, and far more scary than it did before. He wouldn't feel guilty about it this time... Reikas was asking for it~
His voice stayed calm, even though the butterflies in his stomach were massing up like a storm and his body wanted to twitch. "Just pull the tshirt holes off around my wings if you can... if you can't just rip it..." He hinted at the easier way of getting his top off, but thought Reikas was too calm a man to do such a thing and he took great pleasure teasing him with the idea.

What was that sound? That wasn't the first time Belial had made a noise like that, Reikas wondered if it meant what he thought it meant. The room darkened as he sat next to Belial on the bed's edge, and he instinctively blinked and looked away, again thinking it was some form of retinal fatigue or something wrong with his eyes. Then he looked up at the light and realized it wasn't his eyes.
It was starting. Right now. Just like in the park.
He tensed his back to suppress a shiver of excitement from running down his spine. "Alright..." he said hesitantly. Rip it? The image played through his mind, the satisfactory tearing of cloth to reveal an angel reject in all his terrifying glory, but he pushed it down. He wouldn't. He couldn't. That wasn't an invitation, it was a suggestion if the alternative couldn't be completed, and he wasn't going to damage a new and promising partner's friend's shirt in the throes of lust. It wasn't even proper. Oh how he sometimes missed the days of old when he was human and playing coy was the only way to flirt. Nowadays it was all hints and mixed signals and repressed desires and oh god he couldn't get the image out of his head. He wondered how well-made the shirt was. He probably could just tear it...
"Alright, hang on..." He pushed himself backwards and into his knees, then sat back behind Belial to get at the wings easiest. He reached out for this shirt, oh so casually brushing fingertips against Belial's sides, muttering a half-assed apology he didn't mean, as he started to work the shirt off carefully.

There was something beautiful about the way Reikas was suppressing all these complex emotions Belial knew to be inside him, he couldn't know what he was thinking, but guessing was rather easy. He smirked to himself more, watching their surroundings become a little darker, but not letting the light slip away too fast, the fun was in the leading up to the fear when someone had allowed themselves to be scared, the idea of fighting down the fear and the terror before being consumed by it. He felt the casual touch and despite his effort to keep his wings still they shook, showing off just how much he loved to be touched, the way he loved to feed.
He bit his lip, having his t-shirt casually pulled away from him it seemed to less of a struggle than usual and as it came off over his head his whole body seemed to relax, his spine moving to stretch his back and each individual vertebrae bone could be seem through his horridly pale skin. Belial then wondered what on earth to do next. Should he wait for the other man to undress a little more or start the assault of pure terror now? He didn't want it to be over quickly, and taking the man by surprise wouldn't help their current situation. He wondered a little, turning his demonic eyes towards Reikas, searching his soul for the one thing he feared more than anything, it would be best to have this information now rather than later and Belial loved the idea of silence while he stared.

One advantage of being at Belial's back was the fact that while he was working the mara's shirt off, he could stare, and admire, and appreciate all he wanted without being detected, and he did all three, watching belial's body move and flex as they worked together to undress him. Getting it on might be harder the next morning; he'd be going against the direction of feathers. It might be messy. But tomorrow was potentially a long way off.
He transferred the shirt from one hand to the other and tossed it onto the chair's back over his jacket where it promptly slipped off and landed on the seat. He didn't care.
He realized it was darker now. He could barely see. Some small part of him wanted to just get up and turn off the lights completely, but he raised his eyes again to the overhead light and realizedthat it wasn't just "romantic-dim." It was...dingy. Like a dungeon. Like a house with old wiring whose lights barely cast rays beyond their own bulbs.
He dropped his eyes again, and Belial was staring. Those red eyes, just staring. they alone weren't as frightening anymore, but the intention behind them. This was no lust demon, this was a creature of fear, and if he was hungry, right now...If that addiction was clawing its way up...
He wondered if Belial knew. If he knew what his victims feared. In the park, he'd isolated them, made him feel alone in the expansive park. Had that been a shot in the dark, or had Belial known that Reikas was afraid of his own weakness? He was a hard man to frighten when he felt strong and supported, but the call of hell was terrifying when he was alone.
He instinctively looked out the window to take his eyes from that soulless stare. Probably a bad move, it was even darker out there, affording little hope. It did promise an exit, though, as did the door. He didn't feel so trapped. He shifted positions hesitantly from knees to cross-legged for a bit more comfort and mobility; if he was going to be scared out of his wits he didn't want to be messing around trying to unfold aching legs in the course of escape from whatever Belial tossed at him.
He looked back at the mara. It looked so much less human without the familiarity of clothing. Just smooth, surreal skin and blood-red eyes and those haunting wings.
He bit his tongue inside his mouth, half on edge, half ready to impress this creature with the very best of his centuries-old addiction-satisfying endurance.

Belial could see all that Reikas feared, and the excitement swept over him like it had the first time he had felt the most wonderful emotion. He stood again, his wings stretching to make himself look more demonic, more... worrying. But he did not stay as he was for long, there was a pause in the room becoming dark and in those few seconds Belial would leave Reikas with the most terrifying smirk, watching the man look at what escape routs he had. Belial made sure to take them away first, leaving the room look more like a vast empty darkness before letting his own image shift, something less familiar, some more like the things children would see in nightmares.
Belial was in his element, and he was going to use every inch of his power if he needed to, hoping to hell Reikas wasn't the type of man to scream. He wanted to scare the sound out of him, not wanting to disturb the master of the house, only imagining the beating he might get from such a fierce woman. But right now he blanked that thought from his mind and focused his gaze on the other man, until he his own image seemed to disappear from the room, leaving only Reikas there, no lights, no surroundings, no beings to feed from and best of all No escape...

Of course. Well, as far as Reikas was concerned, that answered his question that yes, Belial knew exactly what scared him individually. No monsters yet, no creepy sounds or rattling chains...Just...nothing. Him and the bed. He watched Belial rise uncertainly, and fade away. He took a few breaths, looking around. He looked down at the bed he still sat on, and made the probably stupid choice of getting himself off it to try to find out if this was in his mind and the things were still there, or if Belial was capable of removing them as well. He wasn't sure which was worse, literally being alone in the dark, or being alone in the dark with invisible walls and a plethora of unseen things to trip over.
He had to admit, as he kept an arm out in front of him and suddenly wished for clothing because he felt quite naked, he'd give the mara props for ambiance.
Wall should be right over here...He cast a glance over his shoulder as he walked, looking back to see if the bed--or anything else--was still there.

With red eyes that seem to hide so effortlessly in the dark Belial watched Reikas try and find some comfort in knowing where he was. Belial chuckled silently to himself, knowing the man would find nothing, to him, there would be endless darkness and nothing else. With one hand he started to trace a hand along his own wrist, excitement washing over him before he realised the other man would be able to sense this. He started to hide his feelings, making sure not a hint of happiness could be found, there was no way he was going to screw this up with something so simple. His wings quivered as he made his way towards the demon, making sure to stay silent and stay behind him, he wanted this to be drawn out.
Belial wanted Reikas to panic before he started to take this nightmare further, he wanted to make sure the man was utterly out of his comfort zone, leaving him in the dark silently should do this rather quickly and it was amazing just sensing the fear building up, he knew this night he would be filled with the purest fear he could muster out of this man and it was thrilling. With a silent and cruel breath Belial blew a hot, husky breath across the back of Reikas neck, making sure to withdraw himself quickly so that he wouldn't be caught by the other man, he wanted him to know something was there, but not know what it was yet.

Upon not encountering the wall about six paces after he'd thought he would, Reikas gave up. He paused, feeling a burst of excitement from somewhere, snuffed out quickly. He turned his head to it, instinctively seeking something familiar, but it was gone before he could figure out where it came from, like an echo in multiple caverns, everywhere and nowhere at once.
He lowered his eyes to the ground, the only familiar thing he could barely see in the darkness, and took a few breaths to steady himself. Just as soon as he thought he'd gotten his bearings he felt the rush of heat against the back of his neck and his whole body seized. He whipped around, his hand slapped against the nape of his neck. Something had breathed on him, been close enough to exhale against his skin. Belial? Nothing was there. His heart pounded.
The worst was that it might not be Belial. If he could alter the dimensions of a room, he could probably conjure up something horrifying to torment the demon with, too.
He rubbed his neck nervously with his right hand, his left snaking around his stomach, desperately wishing he had a shirt and jacket again, or at least shoes.
