Miesha smiled and bent down to dip her fingers in the cool water. Cupping her hand she brought some of the water up to her face and watched it drip through her fingers. "Me? I'm a homonculus." She stood back up and ran her fingers through her hair, the curls tangling gently as she smoothed them out. "I was created back in 1813 from the only lavender flower that grew in my creator's poison garden." Small red flashes of what seemed to be lightening sparked around her, and the water rose up and bubbled, forming a small globe. She held the globe in her hands as an example of her power, and picked up a handful of sand and dumped it over the globe. The sand entered the globe and settled on the bottom of it, and from the sand popped up two fish which swam around each other in harmony. "I can create other objects out of matter that is already in existance." Dropping the orb it smoothly flowed into the ocean, droplets of water flying everywhere.
Water dripping from her fingers and sand between her digits she wiped off her hands on her dress, sand smearing everywhere. Red sparks flashed on the cloth and it dried, the sand melting into the pale cloth. she gazed up at him from under her eyelashes, a small sweet smile on her lips. "Technically I don't have a soul, my life force is the lavender flower." Her smile melted. "My emotions are......the way yu can feel emotions, it's like.....like a fire." Snapping her fingers a flame erupted, bring orange and red flickering warmly. "You can feel intense emotions, passion, love, happiness." She raised her other hand. "This is how I feel emotion." Another flame erupted, a tiny flame as though a match had been struck. "I'm an inhuman soulless monstrosity." She shrugged. "Or that's what the village said when they wanted to burn me."

Panther listened curiously, watching her little magic tricks with interest. He winced visibly as the sudden, bright flame ripped through his acute night vision, and turned his gaze quickly back to the sea as the headache subsided.
A soulless monstrosity, huh? "Well, you seem friendly enough. And kittens like you," he commented, looking back at her once the flames had died down again. That was quite a lot of information. Maybe that was part of being soulless and having...reduced emotions? Was that what the unexpected ocular assault was a metaphor for? Seemed about right.
"I think humans say that about just about everything these days. Especially things like me. We don't have souls either."
((I wish I remember what was said. She mentioned her owner's name but not that he was her owner, and she was alone with the kitten. I don't even remember if he told her if he was a Vamp. Egggghhh I fail at continuity.))
