Altair smiled again as Byron said the word anything, however he didn't know why. He could just hear his fathers voice in his head; My god Altair...so may smiled in one day....WHAT THE HELLS WRONG WITH YOU?!
Altair didn't know what Byron would think of his request, or whether he'd trust him enough to go through with it. For all he knew Altair could run as soon as he got there, back into the arms of a large, living family who would blame Byron for Altair's current condition. But Altair had no such luck. No such family. No such home.
"Uhh...I used to live in a Corpus Christi on my own.....if its alright...I...just wanna pick up a few things...and...." Altair looked down, a little embarrassed to be asking. He really didn't know how Byron would respond. "I'd like to see whats become of my house"

Byron sighed. This day was turning out to be unexpected. He had easily found a slave that he felt he could get on with relatively easily, and seen him accidentally naked. He had been cast completely out of his element, and still had no idea how to buy a slave.
Bryon listened to Altair. It was a strange favor to ask, and it brought up many questions. For instance, how did this man get put into slavery? What had happened? And what would he do when he got back to his old house?
He couldn’t help but sympathize to this man’s cause. He looked embarrassed to be asking about it. But Byron understood wanting to see his old home. “Yeah. Sure. I can take you there. No problem at all.”
Byron looked at the handsome man in front of him. “I’ll get you out of here, yeah? Then we can go get what you need.”
